    i'm in the research core blogging yet again.
    In theory, i'm waiting for the PCR reaction for the housekeeping gene to be complete.
    In reality, i've already seen the Ct value and can begin preparation for the PCR now.
    its just me, being lazy. i'm really tired, just want to complete the PCR's and finish it.
    after today, it will (hopefully) be just 1 more set of reactions standing between me and part 1 of project completion.

    its late, no doubt, but hopefully it can be done on time.
