oh ya, i just realised how irritating it was to hack maple.. lawl when u have such a limited disk space and the files like delphi 7 and the rest took up like a few GB, so it was good, but i had fun trying to create a 100% NOT working UCE, took me 2 hrs but it was shuang...

ok at least it was a day off today and tmr i have to work from 1030AM to 1030PM, sianzzz

12 hours of standing and most prolly a crappy customer to attend to, i confirm v tired de tmr.*yawnz* but i bet i'll get insomnia again and lie in bed for abt an 1hr before regretting
talk about a super active brain that makes u unable to sleep, grah thats gotta be WORK and play hahaa

ok, now for the complaints against an unknown person. :)

we gave 30 days to you, to change and enrich our lives with some moolah and experience,
thinking that it would be good to do something different for a change, but wow, we sacrificed our time to go to the outstretched places of afar just to mine some cash from the hard rock customers, but with a single word u took our lives and made a mess of it. adults just think that whatever they do would be the best without confirming their ideas with the younger generation.
would it be fair to give a increment of $0.50 to a person that has worked under you for at least 3 years? like many others, i believe in meritocracy and that by slowly climbing up the corporate ladder, you would gain more respect and command a higher salary, sure it may be a part time job, but what if in the future there is another project that would be a full time. yes the pay would be considerably higher, but with the same thinking, it would mainly be for the money that we are wokring for.

it will turn out that this experience would be not as enjoyable as it seemed, taking away a senior in the team and hopin that rest can cope.
not having enough COW sense to clsoe the bloody shop for a day when the staff have more urgent things to attend to.
if not for the people and money in working at this job, i would have complained about the structure long ago.but i chose to remain silent and maintain a workign relationship.

if i threw this question to the public,i'm quite sure what their answer would be.

#At XYZ store at PQRS,
Staff A is the supervisor, while he guides 4 other people
namely,D,E,F and G

One day, at 123, there is a shortage of staff, so A is made to go over to 123 along with D.
this results in a more GLARING shortage of staff at XYZ. but this is made to continue
Until one day, there is an important matter to attend to where E, F and G have to attend.
by this date, A is back at XYZ after helping out 123.

so on this XX date*, only A is free to work at XYZ.
If you were in-charge of this whole process, what would you do?

if that were me, i'd close the store for a day.
maybe it aint so finacially sensible to do so but at least it shows that i bother and care about the staff's calender and that i take it into consideration.
because it would have to be something important for E F and G to miss that it owuld concern them missing work.

*in this case the date is they day when the F***king results come back.
which is most cases, I'm definitely in NO F***ing mood to work, in fact i rather forfeit $50 den go back to work on a low productivity scale.
because if i'm in a bad mood, the customers will feel it too and i don't want to get complaint about if i explode.
